w-转氨酶具有底物范围广、立体选择性高和反应活性强等特性,在含手性胺类药物的合成中展现出广泛的应用前景。但是传统用于评估w-转氨酶催化性能的方法耗时长且成本高,成为了w-转氨酶工业化应用上的瓶颈。因此研究快速、价廉、高通量的w-转氨酶筛选方法成为该领域的研究热点。本文综述了w-转氨酶高通量筛选方法,旨在为w-转氨酶在制药工业中的开发应用提供参考。
With a wide range of substrates, high stereoselectivity and high reactivity, w-aminotransferase has been widely used in the synthesis of chiral amine-containing drugs. However, the traditional methods for assessing the catalytic activity of w-aminotransferase are time-consuming and costly and have become bottlenecks in the industrialization of w-aminotransferases. Therefore, research on rapid, inexpensive and high-throughput screening methods of w-aminotransferase has become a hot topic in this field. This review summarizes the high-throughput screening of w-aminotransferase and aims to provide a reference for the development and application of w-aminotransferase in the pharmaceutical industry.
