经济全球化和信息化给我国传统人事管理模式提出了新的挑战,现代人力资源管理理念悄然而生。我国现在人力资源管理应当借鉴西方先进经验,人力资源管理部门应当思考如何向开发与管理人力资源转变:一是传统的人事管理模式向现代人力资源管理模式转变;二是人力资源的转型与定位;三是培养具有中国特色又能与世界接轨的人力资源管理方式。
Economic globalization and informatization have given new challenges to China’s traditional personnel management mode. The concept of modern human resources management has arisen spontaneously. At present, human resources management in our country should learn from the advanced western experience, and human resources management departments should consider how to change the human resource development and management. The first is the transformation from the traditional personnel management mode to the modern human resources management mode. The second is the transformation and positioning of human resources. The third is to cultivate human resources management methods that are both Chinese and international.
