在我国社会经济发展中,物流业发挥着非常重要的作用,物流业的发展水平已成为衡量一个国家和地区综合竞争力的重要标志。然而,物流企业在人力资源管理上还较为薄弱,这就严重制约了物流企业的快速发展。本文首先深入分析了我国物流企业人力资源管理存在主要问题,进而对如何提高物流企业人力资源管理,提出了几点可行性的建议。
In China’s social and economic development, the logistics industry plays a very important role. The development level of the logistics industry has become an important indicator of the comprehensive competitiveness of a country and region. However, the logistics enterprises in human resources management is still relatively weak, which severely hampered the rapid development of logistics enterprises. This paper first analyzes the main problems of human resource management in China’s logistics enterprises, and then puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to improve the human resources management in the logistics enterprises.
