通过实验研究,得到一种超低热值煤气Ⅰ型辐射管烧嘴,该烧嘴可适用煤气最低热值达4 598 kJ/m3(1 100kcal/m3)。点火实验结果表明:烧嘴火焰检测信号随着煤气热值下降逐步减弱,随着空气消耗系数的增加而增强,随着供气流量的加大而增强。实验烧嘴除可适用低热值煤气外,同时还具有热效率高、加热温度均匀性好和有害气体排放低等优点。
Through the experimental study, an ultra low calorific value gas type I radiant tube burner was obtained, which can be applied to the lowest calorific value of gas of 4 598 kJ / m3 (1,100 kcal / m3). The results of ignition experiment show that the signal of burner flame detection decreases gradually with the decrease of calorific value of gas, increases with the increase of air consumption coefficient, and increases with the increase of gas flow rate. In addition to the experimental burner can be applied to low calorific value gas, but also has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, good uniformity of heating temperature and low harmful gas emissions.
