根据细胞的发育、功能及分泌细胞因子的作用不同,CD4~+T淋巴细胞应该分为Th1、Th2、Treg和Th17四大亚群,Th17细胞与Treg在分化、功能方面有着密切联系,两者在自身免疫性疾病中均起着不同的作用。系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种典型的伴有多器官损害的自身免疫性疾病,有研究表明Th17/Treg平衡失调可能参与了其异常自身免疫过程,本文就Th17细胞/Treg平衡在SLE发病机制中的作用作一综述。
