图书馆的人本管理就是将人当做管理的主题,在图书馆的管理活动中,有很多的因素在其中,但是对于整体管理的好坏来说,影响最大的还是人,因为人在管理活动中能够发挥主观能动性和创新性能。其中人本管理中人的界定范围主要是包括两个方面;一是图书馆的工作人员,另一个则是来进行查阅的读者。在以前的图书馆管理中我们所提出的读者至上就是一种以人为本的理念的体现,但是却有将整体的概念没有认识深刻,人不仅仅包括读者,还有图书馆的工作人员。所以在以前的图书馆管理工作中以人为本的服务开展的不够透彻,对员工的重视程度不够。
