对光波在Wollaston棱镜中的传播特性进行了深入的分析,得出了关于光波法线和光线的折射方向、折射率的解析表达式。对不同入射位置和不同入射角下o光与e光之间的光程差进行了计算机模拟,给出了相应的关系曲线。结果表明光程差与入射位置关系具有很好的线性,在切割角不太大的条件下光程差与入射角的关系也具有较好的线性。为双折射型空间调制干涉光谱仪的设计和应用提供了理论依据。
The propagation characteristics of the lightwave in the Wollaston prism are analyzed in depth, and the analytical expressions of the refractive direction and the refractive index of the lightwave normal and the light are obtained. The optical path difference between the o-light and the e-light at different incident positions and angles of incidence was simulated by computer, and the corresponding curve was given. The results show that the relationship between the optical path difference and the incident position has a good linearity, and the relationship between the optical path length difference and the incident angle also has good linearity under the condition that the cutting angle is not too large. It provides a theoretical basis for the design and application of birefringence spatial modulation interferometer spectrometer.
