分析了水力空化的特点,发现下游压强的变化是影响空化强度的因素之一。由此在多孔板下游安装一个管道泵,以开泵和不开泵做为条件,对下游压强进行调节,并且在此基础上,以罗丹明(RB)做为羟自由基的捕捉剂,通过紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)测试其溶液浓度的变化。实验表明:打开管道泵,多孔板下游压强可以达到负压,空化强度并没有按照理论所预测的增大。
The characteristics of hydraulic cavitation are analyzed. It is found that the change of downstream pressure is one of the factors affecting the cavitation intensity. Thereby installing a pipeline pump downstream of the perforated plate to regulate the downstream pressure on the condition of opening and closing the pump and on the basis of using rhodamine (RB) as a hydroxyl radical scavenger to pass through UV-Vis spectrophotometer (UV-Vis) test the concentration of the solution. Experiments show that: open the pipeline pump, porous plate downstream pressure can reach negative pressure, cavitation strength did not increase as predicted by theory.
