在企业各项经济工作中,销售是“龙头”,主要职能是对外联系沟通;生产是“中心”,主要职能是对内组织生产。满足市场需求与组织企业生产是既统一又矛盾的,不能截然划分。特别是在计划经济转变为市场经济,市场竞争较为激烈的形势下,正确处理好销售与生产的辨证关系,开拓硬质合金产品的新市场显得尤为重要。这两个相对独立而又互相渗透、牵制的职能部门关系协调与否,往往对一个企业的运转状况
In all economic work of enterprises, sales are “leading”, the main function is to communicate with the outside world; production is “center”, the main function is to organize production within. Satisfying market demands and organizing corporate production are both unified and contradictory, and cannot be divided completely. Especially in the situation where the planned economy is transformed into a market economy and market competition is fierce, it is particularly important to correctly handle the dialectical relationship between sales and production and develop new markets for hard alloy products. The coordination of these two functional departments that are relatively independent and interpenetrated and constrained is often related to the operation of a company.
