目的:建立同时测定茅苍术中苍术素醇、(4E,6E,12E)十四癸三炔8,10-二烯1,3-二乙酸酯和苍术素含量的RP-HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱Agilent TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长337 nm。结果:苍术素醇、(4E,6E,12E)十四癸三炔8,10-二烯1,3-二乙酸酯和苍术素分别在0.05~18.24μg/mL(r=0.9999)、1.13~18.18μg/mL(r=0.9997)、0.04~94.40μg/mL(r=0.9999)呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为97.15%、99.65%、99.14%;RSD分别为1.5%、1.0%、1.5%。结论:该方法可同时测定茅苍术中3种聚乙烯炔成分含量,分离度好,快速、简便、重现性好。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of atractylosin, (4E, 6E, 12E) tetradectriacycloatriene 8,10-diene 1,3-diacetate and atractylodes macrocephala in Atractylodes macrocephala. Methods: The column was Agilent TC-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 337 nm. Results: The concentrations of atractylosin, (4E, 6E, 12E) tetradecanetriathelene 8,10-diene 1,3-diacetate and atractylodes were 0.05 ~ 18.24μg / mL (r = 0.9999) The average recoveries were 97.15%, 99.65% and 99.14%, respectively. The RSDs were 1.5%, respectively. 1.0%, 1.5%. Conclusion: The method can be used to simultaneously determine the content of three kinds of polyethylene acetylene in Atractylodes macrocephala, the separation is good, fast, simple and reproducible.
