颅颌侧向定位摄片是测量颌面部软硬组织的基本手段,广泛应用于正颌外科、口腔整畸以及面部整形外科。常规摄片(采用面前部金属挡板)软组织轮廓的显影效果欠佳。作者采用面部正中辅助体表显影技术,临床上取得良好效果。1 材料与方法1.1 造影剂制备取硫酸钡粉剂50g,76％的泛影葡胺10ml,再加普通胶水1ml,在牙科调钵内充分搅拌研磨,制成均匀糊剂,灌入软锡管(锡管前开一直径约1mm的小孔。临床可用红霉素眼膏锡管代用),置冰箱备用。
