该研究测定了重庆市10大名柚成熟果实囊衣、汁胞、种子3个部位的总酚、总黄酮质量分数,同时采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)、铁离子还原能力测定(FRAP)、2,2-朕氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-硫酸)二铵盐(ABTS)共3种方法对其抗氧化活性进行了评价,并进一步分析了不同部位的酚类物质质量分数与其抗氧化活性的相关性.结果表明:总酚、总黄酮质量分数最高的部位分别是汁胞和种子.囊衣、汁胞、种子三3个部位总酚质量分数最高的分别是琯溪蜜柚、真龙柚3号和真龙柚3号;总黄酮质量分数最高的分别是琯溪蜜柚、梁平柚78-8和渝北沙田柚.其次,该研究还发现,抗氧化活性与检测方法有关,用DPPH,FRAP,ABTS共3种方法测得的抗氧化活性最强的部位分别是汁胞、汁胞和囊衣.综合抗氧化能力指数表明,琯溪蜜柚囊衣、梁平柚78-8汁胞、渝北沙田柚种子的抗氧化活性最强.抗氧化活性与总酚、总黄酮质量分数的相关性分析结果表明,囊衣总酚、总黄酮质量分数与ABTS的相关性极具有统计学意义(p<0.01);汁胞总酚、总黄酮质量分数与DPPH,FRAP,ABTS的相关性具有统计学意义(p<0.05);种子总酚质量分数与DPPH,FRAP,ABTS,总黄酮质量分数与FRAP的相关性具有统计学意义(p<0.05).
The study determined the contents of total phenols and flavonoids in three parts of jujube, pomegranate and seeds of 10 famous grapefruit cultivars in Chongqing city. At the same time, DPPH, , Antioxidant capacity of FRAP and ABTS of 2,2’-azulene-bis (3-ethyl-benzothiazole-6-sulfate) The results showed that the highest mass fraction of total phenols and total flavonoids were juice and seed, respectively.Caps, juice cells, seed three 3 parts of the highest total phenol content were pomfret pomelo, pomelo 3 and pomelo 3; flavonoids were the highest pomelo pomelo, pomelo 78-8 and Yubei Shatin Pomelo.Secondly, the study also found that antioxidant activity and testing methods, with DPPH, FRAP, ABTS total of three methods measured antioxidant activity of the strongest parts are juice, juice and capsule clothing. The oxidative capacity index showed that the pomegranate pomelo seed coat, Liangping pomelo 78-8 jujube and Yubei pomelo seed had the strongest antioxidant activity. The results of correlation analysis of sex and total phenols and total flavonoids showed that the correlation between total phenolics and total flavonoids in sacs and ABTS was statistically significant (p <0.01) The correlation between DPPH, FRAP and ABTS was statistically significant (p <0.05). The correlation between total phenolics content and DPPH, FRAP, ABTS, total flavonoids and FRAP were statistically significant (p <0.05).
