目的 研究鼻舒滴丸对变应性鼻炎 (AR)模型豚鼠T细胞亚群及相关细胞因子白细胞介素 -12 (IL 12 )、白细胞介素 - 4(IL 4 )和IgE调节的影响 ,分析鼻舒滴丸抗AR的作用机制。方法 用 2 ,4 -二异氰酸甲苯酯 (TDI)致敏建立实验豚鼠AR模型 ,应用放射免疫法测定血清总IgE和IL 4含量 ,用免疫组化法测定外周血T细胞亚群 (CD4 ,CD8)水平 ,用酶联免疫方法测定血清IL 12含量。结果 鼻舒滴丸可显著降低AR模型豚鼠血清IgE和IL 4的水平 ,明显增加CD4 CD8的比值和IL 12的水平。结论 鼻舒滴丸可通过降低AR模型豚鼠血清IgE和IL 4的水平 ,增加CD4 CD8的比值和IL 12的水平来发挥抗AR的作用。
Objective To study the effects of Bishu Drop Pills on the regulation of T lymphocyte subsets and related cytokines interleukin-12 (IL 12), interleukin-4 (IL 4) and IgE in guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis (AR) model. The anti-arrive mechanism of Bishu Dripping Pills. Methods The guinea pigs AR model was established by sensitization with toluene diisocyanate (TDI). The serum total IgE and IL 4 levels were determined by radioimmunoassay. The peripheral blood T cell subsets (CD4) were measured by immunohistochemistry. , CD8) levels, serum IL 12 levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS: Bishu dropping pills can significantly reduce the serum IgE and IL 4 levels in AR model guinea pigs, and significantly increase the ratio of CD4 CD8 and IL 12 levels. Conclusion Bishu drop pills can reduce the level of IgE and IL 4 in AR model guinea pigs, increase the ratio of CD4 CD8 and the level of IL 12 to exert anti-AR effects.
