使用Deform-3D有限元软件对背板精冲件的落料工艺进行了三维有限元模拟,通过引入NormalizedCockroft&Latham韧性断裂准则进行厚板精冲数值模拟。当凹模圆角取0.6mm时板料的最大等效应变值从4.8降为2.9,光洁面高度最大可达板料厚度的96%,其结果为提高精冲件质量提供了依据。
The Deform-3D finite element software was used to simulate the blanking process of the backplate blanking parts. The normalized Rockwell & Latham ductile fracture criterion was used to simulate the plate blanking. When the fillet radius of the die is taken as 0.6mm, the maximum equivalent strain of the sheet is reduced from 4.8 to 2.9, and the maximum cleanliness of the sheet reaches 96% of the sheet thickness. The results provide the basis for improving the quality of fine blanking parts.
