目的对比异氟烷和七氟烷对小儿麻醉苏醒前躁动的影响。方法抽取医院2015年8月-2016年7月收治的小儿麻醉患儿68例,随机分为异氟烷组和七氟烷组,每组34例。异氟烷组吸入异氟烷麻醉,七氟烷吸入七氟烷麻醉,比较2组患儿诱导期反应情况、麻醉效果及不良反应。结果 2组患儿均手术成功,且睫毛反射消失时间、气管插管时间、麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间、躁动评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。整个手术过程中七氟烷组患儿发生轻微咳嗽,情绪不稳定有1例,异氟烷组患儿发生低血压1例,2组患儿均未出现过敏、休克、恶心等现象。结论异氟烷与七氟烷对小儿手术麻醉苏醒前躁动情况影响无差异,且不良反应均较少,可应用于小儿手术麻醉。
Objective To compare the effects of isoflurane and sevoflurane on agitation before anesthesia awakening in children. Methods Sixty-eight children with pediatric anesthesia admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into isoflurane group and sevoflurane group, 34 cases in each group. Isoflurane was inhaled in isoflurane group, and sevoflurane was inhaled in sevoflurane group. The induction, anesthesia and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results All the two groups were operated successfully. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the disappearance of lashes, endotracheal intubation time, anesthesia induction time, recovery time and agitation score. There was a slight cough, sentimental instability in 1 month in sevoflurane group, 1 case of hypotension in isoflurane group, and no allergy, shock, nausea and so on in 2 groups. Conclusions Isoflurane and sevoflurane have no effect on the restlessness of pediatric anesthesia before awakening, and have fewer side effects. It can be used in pediatric anesthesia.
