目的:考察黎药枫蓼肠胃康颗粒(简称FMCWK)对幼龄大/小鼠的抗炎、镇痛、保护胃黏膜及解痉作用。方法:将60只SD幼龄大鼠随机分为空白组(蒸馏水)、保和丸组(阳性对照中药,以生药计给药剂量为0.98 g/kg)、奥美拉唑组(阳性对照化学药,4.36×10~(-3)g/kg)和FMCWK低、中、高剂量组(以生药计给药剂量分别为4.88、9.75、19.50 g/kg),每组10只;ig给药,每天1次,连续给药7 d后测定大鼠胃液的分泌量、p H值、总酸度、1 h总酸排出量及胃蛋白酶活力。将70只SD幼龄大鼠除按上述分组外,另设胃黏膜损伤模型组(蒸馏水);每天ig给药1次,连续给药4 d后测定大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数。分别取60只KM幼龄小鼠随机分为空白组(蒸馏水)、吲哚美辛组(阳性对照,9.79×10-3g/kg)和FMCWK低、中、高剂量组(以生药计给药剂量分别为9.74、19.48、38.96g/kg),每组12只;每天ig给药1次,连续给药4 d后分别采用腹腔毛细管通透性实验检测小鼠腹腔中伊文思蓝含量和乙酸致痛法测定小鼠15 min内的扭体次数,以考察FMCWK的抗炎、镇痛作用。取2 cm幼龄大鼠胃条,Ba Cl2致痉挛,考察终质量浓度为29、87、294 g/L(以生药计)的FMCWK和22 g/L(以生药计)的保和丸对胃条张力的影响并计算解痉百分率,考察其解痉作用。结果:与空白组比较,高剂量FMCWK可明显升高大鼠胃液p H值、降低胃液的总酸度和1 h总酸排出量、减少小鼠腹腔内伊文思蓝含量和15 min内扭体次数(P<0.05或P<0.01);各质量浓度FMCWK均能明显降低大鼠胃条张力、提高胃条解痉百分率(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,中、高剂量FMCWK均可明显降低大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:FMCWK对幼龄大/小鼠具有一定的抗炎、镇痛、保护胃黏膜及解痉作用。

Conclusion: FMCWK has some anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects on young and old mice and protects gastric mucosa and antispasmodic effect.
