为研究氧浓度对不同煤种自燃过程中临界温度的影响,选取了3种变质程度煤样,利用小样程序升温实验数据,采用指标气体法、耗氧速率法和交叉点温度法分别确定了实验煤样在10%、15%和21%供氧浓度下的临界温度值以及范围。测试结果表明:基于交叉点温度测试得到的临界温度与绝热氧化法所测结果基本一致,且实验周期短;煤自燃临界温度随着氧气浓度的上升而降低;交叉点温度法测量煤临界温度误差较小,是理想的测试煤自燃临界温度的方法。
In order to study the effect of oxygen concentration on the critical temperature in the process of spontaneous combustion of different coal types, three types of coal samples with different degrees of metamorphism were selected. Experiments were made on the basis of sample warming program. The experimental data of gas index, oxygen consumption rate and cross point temperature Critical temperature values and ranges for coal samples at 10%, 15% and 21% oxygen concentration. The test results show that the critical temperature based on the cross-point temperature test is basically consistent with the adiabatic oxidation test, and the experimental period is short.
