选用具有代表性的 6个大穗型小麦品系和 2个多穗型品种配成 2 8个组合 ,采用 Griffing交配设计 ,研究了主要农艺性状的遗传模型及亲本配合力效应。结果表明 ,冬季分蘖、春季分蘖、穗数的一般配合力达显著水平 ,以加性效应为主 ,遗传力较低 ;株高、穗长、小穗数、有效小穗数、穗粒数、千粒重及单株产量的一般配合力和特殊配合力均达显著水平 ,加性、显性效应较重要 ,穗长、穗粒数和千粒重遗传力较高 ,选择效应较大。大穗型小麦品系穗部性状一般配合力效应值较高 ,但群体结构性状的效应值为负 ,品种 (系 )间的一般配合力效应值也有一定差异
A total of 2 8 combinations were selected from the representative 6 large-spike wheat lines and 2 more panicle types. The genetic model of main agronomic traits and their combining ability were studied by Griffing mating design. The results showed that the general combining ability of winter tillers, tillers and spikelets in spring reached a significant level, with additive effect as the dominant gene and low heritability. The plant height, spike length, spikelet number, number of effective spikelets, number of spikelets, The general combining ability and the special combining ability of 1000-grain weight and single-crop yield reached significant level. The additive and dominant effects were more important, and the spike length, number of grains per spike and heredity of 1000-grain weight were higher, and the selection effect was larger. The results showed that the general combining ability effect value of panicle traits was higher in large panicle type wheat, but the effect value of group structural traits was negative, and the general combining ability effect was also different among varieties (lines)
