高能气体压裂技术是最近发展起来的一种新型增产技术。从生产实际出发,根据中原油田油藏埋藏深、地层渗透性差的特点,在固体火药高能气体压裂应用的基础上,开发研制了系列液体火药。介绍了液体火药的优点、作用机理、配方、种类,以及选并原则和施工工艺。1997年至1999年在16口井进行现场试验,工艺成功率100%,截至1999年10月底,已累积增油6650t,取得了较好的效果。实践证明,液体火药高能气体压裂技术可极大地提高深层油气藏的采油效果,对于改善深层低渗透油气藏的开发状况具有广阔的应用前景。表3参2(叶显军摘)
High-energy gas fracturing technology is a recently developed new stimulation technology. Based on the fact of production, based on the characteristics of deep buried oil reservoirs in Zhongyuan Oilfield and poor permeability of formation, a series of liquid gunpowder have been developed based on the application of high-energy gas fracturing of solid gunpowder. The advantages of liquid gunpowder, mechanism of action, formulation, type, selection principle and construction technology are introduced. From 1997 to 1999, field tests were carried out in 16 wells with a success rate of 100%. As of the end of October 1999, 6650 tons of oil have been accumulated and good results have been achieved. Practice has proved that the liquid gunpowder high-energy gas fracturing technology can greatly enhance the oil recovery effect of deep reservoirs, which has broad application prospects for improving the development status of deep low-permeability reservoirs.
