目的为了解吴江市2～7岁在园儿童视力发育状况,为制定本地区儿童眼保健措施提供科学依据。方法抽取吴江市部分幼儿园,采取整群抽样调查方法,对在园儿童11588例进行视力普查。结果①筛查异常检出率11.88%;②男女童筛查异常检出率有显著差异间、不同年龄组间筛查异常检出率间有极显著差异。结论①开展眼保健工作迫在眉睫;②儿童较易接受使用SureSight手持式视力筛查仪进行视力筛查。
Objective To understand the visual acuity of children aged 2 ~ 7 in Wujiang city and to provide scientific basis for the development of eye health measures in children in this area. Methods Some kindergartens in Wujiang City were sampled, and a total sample of 11588 children in the park was selected for visual acuity screening by cluster sampling method. Results ① The detection rate of screening abnormalities was 11.88%. ② The screening rates of male and female children were significantly different, and the detection rates of screening abnormalities among different age groups were significantly different. Conclusions ① Eye care work is imminent; ② Children are more receptive to using SureSight Handheld Vision Screening System for vision screening.
