目的:观察奥沙利铂引起的神经毒性反应,以及给患者带来的不适,保证化疗的顺利进行。方法:通过健康教育反复强化患者的防护意识。结果:化疗时神经毒性反应减轻,再次化疗反应较首次化疗反应更轻。结论:健康教育能有效降低奥利沙铂化疗时所致神经毒性反应。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the neurotoxic reaction caused by oxaliplatin and the discomfort brought to patients, so as to ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy. Methods: Patients’ protective awareness was repeatedly strengthened through health education. Results: The neurotoxicity was relieved during chemotherapy, and the response to chemotherapy was lighter than the first chemotherapy. Conclusion: Health education can effectively reduce the neurotoxic reaction caused by oribasal platinum in chemotherapy.
