近年来桑蚕丝素蛋白以来源广泛、可降解且生物相容性好等优点,在生物医用材料领域得到了越来越广泛的关注。以丝素蛋白为原材料,研究丝素蛋白浓度、熟化温度及盐浴浓度对所制备的丝素蛋白粒径及形貌的影响,并探索该颗粒对抗肿瘤药物阿霉素的负载和控释能力。研究结果表明:丝素颗粒表面呈多孔状态的球体,粒径变化范围在400~3600 nm,对药物阿霉素的包封率为93.86%,载药量为14.08μg/mg;随pH降低,药物释放速率和累积释放量增加。实验表明:纳米级丝素颗粒可作为药物载体,可高效包覆抗癌药物阿霉素,并实现药物的可控释放。

Experiments show that: nano-silk fibroin particles can be used as a drug carrier, can effectively cover the anticancer drug doxorubicin, and achieve controlled release of the drug.
