生理状态下的网膜循环在所谓自动调节机构的控制下始终维持其恒定的状态。为了明确长期处于高眼压状态下网膜血管的变化,作者把正常眼和开角型青光眼作为对象进行了饮水试验。根据当时的眼底照片测知血管变化率来探讨网膜血管反应性。
