综观管理学的发展史,管理学的演化是沿着人性假设的思路展开的,从“经济人”假设开始,经历了“社会人”假设、“自动人”假设、“复杂人”假设,发展到“文化人”假设等。未来的管理发展趋势也将沿着人性假设的方向而发展,基于不同的人性假设所提出的管理模式也就不同。历史的发展已经走过了对“经济人”的物本管理,对“社会人”、“自动人”、“复杂人”的人本管理,并将迎来对文化人的能本管理阶段。
