目的对北京市丰台区2012—2015年3家哨点医院4种细菌性食源性疾病监测结果进行分析,了解丰台区细菌性食源性疾病流行特征。方法根据食源性疾病监测报告系统监测资料,对2012—2015年在丰台区3家哨点医院就诊的2 143例食源性疾病病例采集病例信息和粪便标本,进行沙门菌、副溶血性弧菌、肠致泻性大肠杆菌、志贺菌等4种食源性致病菌病原学检测,对食源性疾病的人口学特征、时间分布、医院分布和致病菌病原学情况、可疑食品和可疑进食场所进行分析。结果 2 143例病例中男性1 177例,女性966例。检出4种食源性致病菌共394株,总检出率为18.39%。副溶血性弧菌检出率最高,为7.84%;其次为肠致泻性大肠杆菌,检出率为6.21%。7和8月检出率分别为28.13%和41.47%;21~50岁组人群占总检出率的60.02%;4种细菌总检出率在年龄组间、年份、月份间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),性别之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丰台区食源性疾病发生主要集中在7和8月,感染患者集中在21~50岁年龄组,主要以副溶血性弧菌和肠致泻性大肠杆菌感染为主,应加强人群卫生宣传教育。 Objective To analyze the surveillance results of 4 bacterial foodborne diseases in 3 sentinel hospitals in Fengtai District of Beijing from 2012 to 2015 so as to understand the epidemiological characteristics of bacterial foodborne diseases in Fengtai District. Methods According to the surveillance data of foodborne disease surveillance system, case information and stool samples were collected from 2 143 cases of foodborne diseases in 3 sentinel hospitals in Fengtai from 2012 to 2015. Salmonella, parahemolytic arc Pathogenic bacteria, enteric diarrhea Escherichia coli, Shigella and other four kinds of pathogenic bacteria etiological detection, demographic characteristics of foodborne illness, the time distribution, the distribution of the hospital and pathogenic etiology, suspicious foods And suspicious eating places for analysis. Results Among the 2 143 cases, 1 177 were male and 966 were female. A total of 394 strains of food-borne pathogens were detected, with a total detection rate of 18.39%. Vibrio parahaemolyticus detection rate was the highest, 7.84%; followed by intestinal diarrhea Escherichia coli, the detection rate was 6.21%. The detection rates in July and August were 28.13% and 41.47% respectively, while those in 21 ~ 50 years old group accounted for 60.02% of the total. The total detection rates of 4 kinds of bacteria were statistically significant among age groups, years and months Significance (P <0.01), there was no significant difference between genders (P> 0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of foodborne diseases in Fengtai District was mainly in July and August. The infected patients were mainly in the 21-50 age group, mainly infected with Vibrio parahaemolyticus and intestinal diarrheal E. coli, and the health promotion of the population should be strengthened education.
