针对使用卫星温度遥测进行温度测量产生的误差,结合卫星测温电路与温度遥测参数的传输过程,提出了一种卫星温度测量误差模型,确定了影响卫星温度测量准确性的关键因素:由热敏电阻分度表进行曲线拟合时产生的误差,由测温电路基准电压偏差造成的误差,由测温电路中匹配电阻阻值偏差造成的误差以及由测温过程中A/D(Analog to Digital,模数转换)量化产生的温度误差。并结合某卫星使用的热敏电阻进行了实例分析,给出了上述各项误差的计算方法,确定了由各因素造成的误差大小。分析结果表明:提出的卫星测温误差分析模型能够实现高精准温度遥测数据处理。
Aiming at the error of temperature measurement by satellite temperature telemetry, a satellite temperature measurement error model is proposed based on the transmission process of satellite temperature measurement circuit and temperature telemetering parameters. The key factors that affect the accuracy of satellite temperature measurement are determined. The error caused by curve fitting of the resistance index table, the error caused by the deviation of the reference voltage of the temperature measurement circuit, the error caused by the deviation of the matching resistance resistance in the temperature measurement circuit, and the error caused by the A / D (Analog to Digital , A / D conversion) to quantify the resulting temperature error. Combined with the thermistor used in a satellite, an example is given, and the calculation method of the above errors is given, and the error caused by each factor is determined. The analysis results show that the proposed satellite temperature measurement error analysis model can achieve high precision temperature telemetry data processing.
