目的观察半导体激光穴位照射治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年10月-2015年10月医院收治轮状病毒肠炎患儿110例,根据住院时间分为治疗组和对照组各55例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上,口服蒙脱石散及予半导体激光照射神阙穴;对照组在常规治疗基础上口服蒙脱石散。结果治疗组患儿止吐时间、退热时间、止泻时间均较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率96.36%明显高于对照组的83.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光穴位照射治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果显著,明显缩短病程,有利于缓和患者的病情,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of semiconductor laser acupoint irradiation on rotavirus enteritis in children. Methods From October 2014 to October 2015, 110 children with rotavirus enteritis in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to length of stay in hospital, 55 cases each. The treatment group was treated with oral montmorillonite powder and Shenque acupoint with semiconductor laser on the basis of routine treatment. The control group was given montmorillonite powder on the basis of routine treatment. Results The antiemetic time, antipyretic time and antidiarrheal time in treatment group were shorter than those in control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 96.36% in the treatment group was significantly higher than 83.64% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of semiconductor laser acupoint irradiation on children with rotavirus enteritis is significant, which significantly shortens the course of the disease and helps to ease the patient’s condition, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
