采用含有稀土硫酸铈的磷酸–硫酸体系溶液对铝合金进行阳极氧化。对阳极氧化工艺进行正交优化,得到的最佳工艺条件为:H2SO4120 g/L,H3PO460 g/L,CeSO40.4 g/L,草酸7 g/L,氧化电压22 V,时间30 min,温度(20±2)°C。表征了采用最佳工艺所得氧化膜的形貌、组成和粘结性能等性能。结果表明,阳极氧化膜表面微孔呈蜂窝状均匀排列,孔截面无分叉,膜层拉伸剪切强度高,粘接耐久性能和耐腐蚀性能良好。
The aluminum alloy was anodized using phosphoric acid-sulfuric acid solution containing rare earth cerium sulfate. The optimal conditions for the anodic oxidation process were H2SO4120 g / L, H3PO460 g / L, CeSO40.4 g / L, oxalic acid 7 g / L, oxidation voltage 22 V, time 30 min, (20 ± 2) ° C.
