以钼酸铵、乙酸丁酯和HNO3的用量以及萃取时间为考察因素,磷钼蓝络合物的吸光度为考察指标,通过SPSS软件设计了L9(34)的正交实验,并进行了方差分析和回归分析,得出较优的萃取条件:8.0 mL钼酸铵溶液、10.0 mL乙酸丁酯、8.0 mL HNO3(1+1)、萃取时间3 min;当磷的含量在0~1.6μg/mL时,吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系;测定样品的标准偏差和加标回收率的结果满足要求。
