当前,我国已进入新的发展阶段,经济社会发展呈现出一系列阶段性特征,对干部教育培训工作提出了新的要求和期望。因此,如何进一步提高干部教育培训的针对性、实效性,是当前我国干部教育培训改革创新的一个极其重要的新课题。
