作者利用双功能彩色多普勒技术对52例正常中、晚孕及22例高危妊娠胎儿大脑中动脉及肾动脉血流频谱进行观察及分析.结果表明随着胎龄的增大,胎儿脑、肾动脉收缩期峰值血流速度明显加快,脑动脉血流阻力指数(RI)及搏动指数(PI)略减低,肾动脉RI及PI有增加趋势.肾、脑动脉RI及PI的比值(RI,PI’)于中晚孕无明显变化,好高症及宫内发育迟缓者RI’及PI’较正常晚孕组明显增高.以双功能彩色多普勒监测胎儿肾动脉及大脑中动脉血流有一定的临床意义.
The authors used dual-function color Doppler technique in 52 cases of normal, late pregnancy and 22 cases of high-risk fetus fetal middle cerebral artery and renal artery blood flow spectrum were observed and analyzed. The results showed that with the increase of gestational age, peak velocity of systolic peak velocity of fetal brain and renal artery obviously increased. The RI and PI of cerebral arteries decreased slightly and the RI and PI of renal artery increased . The ratios of RI and PI in kidney and cerebral artery (RI, PI ’) had no significant changes in middle and late pregnancy, RI’ and PI ’in patients with hyperhidrosis and intrauterine growth retardation were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy group. Dual-function color Doppler monitoring of fetal renal artery and middle cerebral artery blood flow has some clinical significance.
