在自然造斜地层钻进过程中,弯曲度偏差超标是影响钻孔质量的重要因素。河南桐柏县围山城金银矿深部及外围普查区内岩石可钻性级别低,钻速可达3~5 m/h。但由于岩层倾角大,软硬互层多,钻进中极易出现钻孔弯曲度超标现象,极大影响了钻孔质量,严重时易造成钻孔报废。为此,在分析区域地质特征的基础上,经过改进钻进工艺,提高了大斜度钻孔的钻探效率和质量,对于类似钻探工程有一定的参考价值。
During the natural strata formation drilling, excessive bending deviation is an important factor affecting the quality of the borehole. The grade of rock drillability in deep and peripheral census area of Weishancheng gold-silver mine, Tongbai County, Henan Province is low and the drilling speed can reach 3 ~ 5 m / h. However, due to large rock dip, soft and hard interbeds, drilling prone to excessive bending of the phenomenon of drilling, which greatly affected the quality of drilling, drilling can lead to serious scrapped. Therefore, based on the analysis of geological features in the area, drilling technology is improved to improve the drilling efficiency and quality of the large-scale borehole drilling, which is of certain reference value for similar drilling projects.
