强直性脊柱炎是一种病因复杂的自身免疫性疾病,多侵犯脊柱,骶髋关节,起病缓慢,病程长,致残率高,在临床上比较多见.笔者以舒筋软坚汤内服外敷治疗该病,疗效较好,报道如下.
