目的研究武汉市综合医院护士标准预防依从信念及相关影响因素,以期为提高护士依从信念,降低职业暴露风险提供理论依据。方法采用方便整群抽样法抽取武汉市320名护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷调查以及护士标准预防依从信念量表评估受试对象依从信念水平,并采用logistic回归分析其相关影响因素。结果 320名护士整体标准依从信念总均分为(89.52±11.49)分,有益性得分为(8.37±2.45)分,阻碍性得分(20.19±5.96)分,易感性得分(10.20±3.15)分,自我效能得分(13.35±4.12)分,促发因素得分(18.47±3.26)分,严重性得分(18.94±3.18)分;多因素回归分析中,学历、人际关系、工作年限、科室、医院等级、标准预防知识是对护理人员依从信念得分差异有显著性影响的变量(P<0.05)。其中,标准预防知识对依从信念得分影响最大,回归系数B=5.15,P<0.05。结论护士整体标准预防知识信念水平有待提高,护理管理者可从人际关系、科室环境、基础设施、标准预防知识等多方面积极采取措施,提高护士标准预防依从信念,降低护士职业暴露的风险。
Objective To study the standard of prevention compliance compliance of nurses in Wuhan General Hospital and related influencing factors in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the faith of nurses compliance and reducing the risk of occupational exposure. Methods A total of 320 nurses in Wuhan were selected as study subjects by cluster sampling method. The general information questionnaire and nurses’ standard of preventive obedience belief scale were used to evaluate the compliance level of the subjects. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors. Results The total standard compliance of 320 nurses was (89.52 ± 11.49) points, the score of beneficial score was (8.37 ± 2.45), the score of obstruction (20.19 ± 5.96) and the score of susceptibility (10.20 ± 3.15) Score of self-efficacy (13.35 ± 4.12), pro-developmental factor score (18.47 ± 3.26), and severity score (18.94 ± 3.18). In the multivariate regression analysis, academic records, interpersonal relationships, working years, departments and hospitals, The standard precautionary knowledge is a variable (P <0.05) that has a significant effect on nursing staff’s compliance with the belief score. Among them, the standard preventive knowledge has the greatest influence on the compliance belief score, the regression coefficient B = 5.15, P <0.05. Conclusion Nurses need to improve the overall standard of preventive knowledge and beliefs. Nursing managers can take active measures in interpersonal relationships, department environment, infrastructure and standard precautionary measures to improve nurses’ standards compliance and reduce the risk of occupational exposure.
