研究甘油、PVA、玻纤和偶联剂对酯化淀粉薄膜力学性能的影响。增加甘油含量使酯化淀粉薄膜的断裂伸长率增大,而拉伸强度减小;当偶联剂和玻璃纤维添加量分别为酯化淀粉3%、7%时,薄膜的拉伸强度最大为25MPa,断裂伸长率下降;随着PVA含量的增加,薄膜拉伸强度和断裂伸长率都不断上升。研究结果表明:当PVA含量为30%,甘油含量为10%,偶联剂含量为3%,玻璃纤维含量为7%时,其力学性能可以达到所需要求。
The effects of glycerol, PVA, glass fiber and coupling agent on the mechanical properties of esterified starch films were studied. Increasing the content of glycerol increased the elongation at break of esterified starch film and decreased the tensile strength. When the amount of coupling agent and glass fiber were 3% and 7% of esterified starch, the tensile strength of the film was the largest 25MPa, the elongation at break decreased; with the increase of PVA content, the film tensile strength and elongation at break are rising. The results show that the mechanical properties can meet the requirements when the content of PVA is 30%, the content of glycerol is 10%, the content of coupling agent is 3% and the content of glass fiber is 7%.
