语法翻译法和交际法在大学英语翻译教学中,都具有一定的教育价值,语法翻译法的优点在于直奔主体,与其他方法相比它能够节约大量的教学时间,但是却缺少教学的互动性,容易限制学生的思维,不利于学生英语思维能力的提升。交际法以交际目的为中心,注重语言翻译的实用性,使用这种方法进行英语翻译教学,更有利于促进学生与老师、学生与学生之间的互动,不仅有利于提升学生的翻译水平,同时还可以促进学生口语表达能力的提高。
