目的探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、人中心体蛋白350k Da(CEP350)、细胞角蛋白21-1片断(Cyfra21-1)联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。方法检测252例肺癌住院患者(观察组)、160例良性肺疾病患者(良性肺疾病组)、健康体检者(对照组)血清NSE、CEP350、Cyfra21-1和CEA水平。结果肺癌组血清NSE、CEA、Cyfra21-1和CEP350水平均明显高于良性肺疾病组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为66.756、802.082、63.509、539.375,P<0.01)。血清NSE、CEP350、Cyfra21-1和CEA单项检测中,对肺癌的灵敏度由高到低依次为CEA、CEP350、NSE、Cyfra21-1;4种肿瘤标记物对肺癌的特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清NSE、CEA、Cyfra21-1和CEP350联合检测时,诊断灵敏度高达96.8%。结论血清NSE、CEP350、Cyfra21-1和CEA均可作为早期肺癌的诊断指标,联合检测意义更大。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum NSE, CEA, Ck350 and Cyfra21-1 in the diagnosis of lung cancer . Methods Serum levels of NSE, CEP350, Cyfra21-1 and CEA were detected in 252 patients with lung cancer (observation group), 160 patients with benign lung disease (benign lung disease) and healthy controls (control group). Results The serum levels of NSE, CEA, Cyfra21-1 and CEP350 in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with benign lung disease and controls (F = 66.756, 802.082, 63.509, 539.375 respectively, P <0.01). The sensitivity of lung cancer in single serum NSE, CEP350, Cyfra21-1 and CEA test was CEA, CEP350, NSE, Cyfra21-1 from high to low; the specificity of the four tumor markers in lung cancer was no significant difference Significance (P> 0.05). Serum NSE, CEA, Cyfra21-1 and CEP350 combined detection, the diagnostic sensitivity as high as 96.8%. Conclusion Serum NSE, CEP350, Cyfra21-1 and CEA can be used as diagnostic indicators of early lung cancer, joint detection of greater significance.
