角膜蜂蜇伤较为少见,我科从1970～1980年,先后收治19例,报告如下。一般情况:19例(19眼)。男15人,女4人。年龄6～8岁者12人,24～54岁者7人。其中农民和农村青少年18人,干部子弟1人。病程1～60天者15例,10个月～3年者(陈旧性)5例。眼部症状:蜇伤部位都在角膜。伤后多有轻重不等的疼痛、畏光、流泪、发痒和视力减退等症状。结膜或睫状充血。蜇伤处的角膜呈现形状不一、深浅不等的灰白色混浊。用放大镜观察,混浊深达角膜实质层者有18只眼。其中9眼混浊的形态呈园盘状,1眼呈纹状,1眼点状密集,4眼呈放射状,1眼呈针尖大小之点,1眼继发感染形成 Corneal bee stings less common, our department from 1970 to 1980, has treated 19 cases, the report is as follows.
