通过高温硬度、高温磨损、高温金相试验,成功地研究出了铁基Cr-B-W-V系高温耐磨料磨损等离子弧堆焊合金,替代价格昂贵的镍基和钴基等离子弧堆焊合金。同时系统研究了合金元素对高温硬度、高温耐磨性的影响规律及耐磨机理。
Through high-temperature hardness, high temperature wear, high temperature metallographic test, successfully developed a high-temperature wear-resistant iron-based Cr-B-W-V wear plasma arc surfacing alloy, instead of expensive nickel and cobalt-based plasma arc reactor Welding alloy.
