目的:探讨医患沟通在防范医学美容医疗纠纷上的作用。方法:我科通过强化医患沟通的意识,注重沟通技巧,加强术前、术中、术后的沟通,提高护理质量,防止医疗纠纷。结果:近3年来无1例投诉纠纷发生,有效地防范了医学美容医疗纠纷的发生。结论:加强医患沟通是改善医患关系、减少医疗纠纷和提高护理质量的重要手段,在医学美容防范医疗纠纷中起着重要的作用。
Objective: To explore the role of doctor-patient communication in preventing medical cosmetic medical disputes. Methods: By strengthening the communication between doctors and patients, our department emphasizes communication skills, strengthens preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative communication, improves nursing quality and prevents medical disputes. Results: In the past 3 years, no one complaint dispute occurred, which effectively prevented the occurrence of medical cosmetic medical disputes. Conclusion: Strengthening communication between doctors and patients is an important means to improve doctor-patient relationship, reduce medical disputes and improve nursing quality. It plays an important role in medical cosmetic prevention of medical disputes.
