目的 :观察 14～ 2 0周妊娠三种引产方法的临床效果。方法 :组 1经腹羊膜腔内注射利凡诺配伍米非司酮 ;组 2经腹羊膜腔内注射利凡诺 ;组 3米非司酮配伍米索前列醇。结果 :组 1宫缩发生早 ,引产时间短 ,清宫率低 ,成功率高。结论 :利凡诺配伍米非司酮用于 14～ 2 0周妊娠引产 ,方法简便 ,效果良好
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of three kinds of induction of labor during 14 ~ 20 weeks of gestation. Methods: In group 1, rivanol and mifepristone were injected intraperitoneally. Group 2 received rivanol via intraperitoneal injection. Group 3 mifepristone combined with misoprostol. Results: Group 1 contractions occur early, short induction of labor, low rate of cure, high success rate. Conclusions: Rivanol in combination with mifepristone for induction of labor during 14 ~ 20 weeks of gestation, the method is simple and effective
