用乙醇和过氧化氢，从士的宁和马钱子碱半合成了士的宁氮氧化物和马钱子碱氮氧化物。半合成的化合物根据１ＨＮＭＲ，１３ＣＮＭＲ，ＭＳ和１Ｈ１３ＣＮＭＲ得以确证。从士的宁半合成士的宁氮氧化物的得率为９３．５６％；从马钱子碱半合成马钱子碱氮氧化物的得率为９２．０２％。
Strychnine nitrogen oxides and strychnine nitrogen oxides were semi-synthesized from strychnine and brucine using ethanol and hydrogen peroxide. Semi-synthetic compounds were confirmed by1H NMR, 13CNMR, MS and 1H13CNMR. The yield of nifloxacin from strychnine was 93.56%. The yield of strychnine nitrogen oxide from strychnine was 92.02%.
