数字化时代促进了出版企业出版策划的转型,即从单一的出版策划转向培育综合的策划力,策划力成了出版企业核心竞争力的主要体现。策划力的形成,是策划人才培养、策划思路创新、策划氛围营造和策划产品群相互作用的结果。策划力是出版企业最核心的优势,通过策划可以对丰富的出版资源进行整合,不断放大策划效应,使出版单位在激烈的市场竞争中保持优势,实现可持续发展。目前策划力的培育和发展面临诸多新趋势,需要出版企业积极予以关注。
The digital age has promoted the transformation of publishing enterprises’ publishing planning, that is, shifting from a single publishing planning to fostering comprehensive planning capabilities, and planning has become the main embodiment of the core competitiveness of publishing enterprises. The formation of planning power is the result of planning personnel training, planning ideas innovation, planning atmosphere to create and plan product group interaction. Planning power is the most important advantage of publishing enterprises. By planning, it can integrate abundant publishing resources and continuously enlarge the planning effect so that publishing units can maintain their advantages and achieve sustainable development in the fierce market competition. At present, the cultivation and development of planning power are facing many new trends and need the publishing enterprises to actively pay attention.
