读《茶经》,读到“煮”一章时,陆羽一下子坐到了我面前。这位大唐时期的爱茶人,不吓人,很亲切。他那满心满怀的情趣,仿佛让他从纸面上,一下子活了过来。也让我抑制不住内心的冲动,表达对他的欢喜。他说,煮茶的水有“三沸”:其沸如鱼目,微有声,为一沸;缘边如涌泉连珠,为二沸;腾波鼓浪,为三沸。他还说,三沸以上的水,已经老了,不适宜泡茶了。说实话,《茶经》中各个工序以及器具罗列之详尽,并没有打动我,但他的这“三沸”说,却一下子攫住了我的心。一个大男人,能在沸水边,端详冥思,内心若没有盎然的情趣,断不会观察得如此细致。可以想见,陆羽该是多么好玩的一个人啊。
