照片里的周伟焜双手背在身后,表情闲适,而钱大群两手紧贴裤缝,笑的开心而有节制,“执弟子礼甚恭”的意味溢于言表。作为在一家外企里前后两任管理者的合影,如此温馨率真的照片似乎并不多见。从年岁上算,钱大群比周伟焜小7岁,进入IBM比后者晚9年。1993年,钱大群从周伟焜手中接过IBM台湾分公司总经理的位子;2007年,两个人又完成在IBM大中华区首席执行官一职上的交接。现在我们回顾这一交替顺序似乎因缘呼应,但其实局外人很难说这两个人、这两件事有多少必然联系。
In the photo, Zhou Wei’s hands are behind him, his expression is relaxed, and Qian Daqun’s hands cling tightly to his trousers, laughing happily and with restraint, and the idea of “performing his disciples’ ceremonies” is full of words. As a group photo taken before and after the two managers in a foreign company, it seems that the photographs with such a warm and honest appearance are rare. From the age of the year, Qian Daqun was 7 years younger than Zhou Wei, and he entered IBM 9 years later than the latter. In 1993, Qian Daqun took over the position of the general manager of the IBM Taiwan branch from Zhou Weizheng; in 2007, the two men completed the handover of the position of CEO of IBM Greater China. Now we look back at this alternating sequence that seems to echo the situation, but it is hard for outsiders to say how much the two individuals and the two issues are necessarily linked.
