今年,全国将要建设一万三千座中小型高炉,这是从来没有过的。但是,部分地区由于炼焦煤基地的缺乏,燃料问题成为这些地区能否兴建炼铁炉的关键问题。我厂为了利用高炉不能用的原燃料,在1957年9月建立了一座低身炉炼铁。这对于缺少炼焦煤的地区建设高炉,是有极大的意义。一、炉子构造我们采用了圆柱形的子结构。结构简单,施工快,投资少,从建炉到投入生产总共需时不到两个月,投资约三万元。炉子结构如图1。
