设计了一种地面分辨率为5 m(飞行平台20 km),视场角为60°×60°的成像光谱仪系统。该系统采用了微透镜扫描器和微 F-P 腔可调协滤波器作为整个系统的核心器件。首先60°×60°视场分为四部分,然后微透镜扫描器将这四部分视场分次成像到 CCD 上,通过这种方法,不但获得了大视场,同时还保证了高分辨率。另一方面,微 F-P 腔可调协滤波器替代了传统的切换滤光片的方式,只要通过控制微 F-P 腔的腔长就能实现对特定波长的选择。
