目的 2011-2012年对3株疑似O139群霍乱弧菌进行检测与分离鉴定。方法依据检验标准对样本进行分离培养、血清学试验、生化反应等鉴定。结果该3株菌为麦氏弧菌,与O139群霍乱弧菌诊断血清有交叉凝集。结论该3菌株不是O139群霍乱弧菌,而是麦氏弧菌。为避免实验结果出现假阳性,必须进行系统生化鉴定,以确保菌株鉴定的准确性。特别是在处理霍乱疫情时,病原菌的正确鉴定可为控制疫情提供科学依据。
Objective To detect and isolate 3 strains of Vibrio cholerae O139 from 2011 to 2012. Methods According to the test standard, the samples were isolated and cultured, and the serological tests and biochemical reactions were identified. Results The three strains were Vibrio metsulfuron, which crossed with the diagnostic serum of O139 Vibrio cholerae. Conclusion These 3 strains are not Vibrio cholerae O139 group but Vibrio metsulfuron. In order to avoid false positive results of the experiment, the system must be biochemical identification to ensure the accuracy of strain identification. Especially in the treatment of cholera outbreak, the correct identification of pathogens can provide a scientific basis for controlling the epidemic.
