文中首先提出应用可控气氛的热处理技术的进步表现为五个方面,即(1)滴注式渗碳的发展;(2)渗碳与碳氮共渗内氧化和其防止措施的研究,以及放热吸热式气氛的应用;(3)炉气控制方法的完善;(4)应用可控气氛热处理的新工艺;(5)可控气氛热处理炉和发生炉的改进。其次就制备气体的方法和设备、炉气控制方式、热处理新工艺及渗碳和碳氮共渗时的反常组织等四个方面介绍国外的新清况。
The paper first proposes that the progress of heat treatment technology using controlled atmosphere is manifested in five aspects: (1) the development of drip carburization; (2) the study of carburizing and carbonitriding internal oxidation and their prevention measures; and (3) the improvement of furnace gas control method; (4) the application of controlled atmosphere heat treatment of new technology; (5) controlled atmosphere heat treatment furnace and furnace improvement. Secondly, the author introduces the new conditions of foreign countries in terms of methods and equipment for gas production, furnace gas control methods, new heat treatment techniques and anomalous organization during carburizing and carbonitriding.
