光度法测定铌,目前最普遍应用的是氯代磺酚S法。PAR、二甲酚橙法、酸性铬蓝K法等。我们对铌(Nb)—5-Br-PADAP—酒石酸(tar)混合型络合物体系进行了研究。前文曾报导该体系在pH1.0~4.0间能形成吸光度稳定的蓝紫色络合物,最大吸收波峰为600毫微米,在该波长处摩尔吸光系数为63000,铌的浓度在1~32微克/25毫升范围内遵从比尔定律。该给合物的组成为Nb:5-Br-PADAP:tar=1:1:1,并推测出其可能的结构。
Spectrophotometric determination of niobium, the most commonly used is chlorosulfonates S method. PAR, xylenol orange method, acid chrome blue K method. We studied niobium (Nb) -5-Br-PADAP-tartaric mixed complex systems. It has been previously reported that the system can form a stable blue-violet complex at pH 1.0-4.0 with a maximum absorption peak of 600 nm, a molar absorptivity of 63000 at this wavelength and a concentration of niobium of 1 to 32 μg / Beer’s law is obeyed within 25 ml. The composition of the composition is Nb: 5-Br-PADAP: tar = 1: 1: 1, and its possible structure is inferred.
